The Quantum B team took part in the 34th International Defence Industry Exhibition MSPO, held in Kielce on 8–11 September.
We met with representatives of the defence and technology sectors to discuss data protection, secure communication and preparing systems for the development of quantum computers.
Defence systems are designed to operate for many years. During this time, the security methods used today may no longer be strong enough. However, an entire system cannot simply be switched off and built again from the beginning.
The first step is to identify where cryptography is used, which data needs long-term protection and where changes should begin. Only then can the migration be planned without disrupting key parts of the system.
It is not enough for the equipment to work. The people using the system must also be able to trust the data it sends and receives. The success of an operation and the safety of others may depend on it.
